Is CertLuna affiliated with Cisco?
No. CertLuna is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by Cisco Systems, Inc. Cisco and CCNA are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc. and/or its affiliates.
Are the questions copied from official exams?
No. Production questions are original and follow a validation workflow for correctness, scope, explanations, and similarity risk.
Does CertLuna guarantee that I will pass?
No learning platform can guarantee an official exam result. CertLuna helps you practice, identify gaps, and build a more evidence-based study routine.
How does Train My Weak Areas work?
After the minimum unique-question threshold is reached, submitted performance is analyzed by topic. Weaker areas receive more space while selection remains randomized.
Are the CLI labs connected to real devices?
No. They are deterministic educational simulations. Commands modify isolated simulated state and cannot access your computer, application files, or a real network.
Can I use CertLuna on mobile?
The public website and learning interface are responsive. Complex CLI labs are most comfortable on a larger screen with a keyboard.
